Vinification
Crushed; cold maceration for 1 day; classic fermentation in stainless stell; pressed; malolactic fermentation applied; then stored for 5 months in 50 % stainless steel and 50 % big wooden casks.

Very fruity red; pleasant, fine tannins, aromatic spicy finish.

A versatile red wine for every day. Uncomplicated enjoyment on a high scale. Goes well with pizza, pasta or grilled meat.
