Vinification
Harvested at the 22nd of November. Fermented in stainless steel at 17° celsius.
Tasting notes
Strawflowers and hay, very typical varietal character on the nose; dense with notes of caramel; dainty wooden nuances reveal traces of spice, clove cinnamon. This extraordinarily intense offering boasts with such an enormously sweet mellowness. Gorgeously focused and clean.
